AYURVEDIC BREAST MASSAGE
To learn how to massage your breasts, practice in front of your mirror.
To start, take your oil and warm it between your palms. The following movements are exerted with a light to firmer pressure to reach the depth of the tissues.
MIX GENTLY AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Begin the massage inside between the breasts and go up under the neck. The movement is always up and never down
Make circles on the hollow between the breasts with both hands, at the level of the sternum
Then, on the outside of the breast (under the armpit), make circular movements (rotations) from the inside to the outside, with a little pressure
With both hands, wrap a breast and pull it upwards. Start from the base to go up to the collarbone.
Massage with an 8-shaped movement. Start from the center of the chest down the outside of the 1st breast to the armpit, go up along the breast to turn around, come back to the center of the chest, cross to go down under the second breast, move up to the second armpit to return to the center, and so on
Finish on the outside of the breast under the armpit and push up with light pressure, do several repetitions (6 to 10) then switch to the other breast.
Repeat each step of this Ayurvedic massage technique several times to gain efficiency.
