DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY POLICY

We ship our products all around the world.

​

  • Free delivery for Quebec: $ 75 and more (before taxes)

  • Free delivery for the rest of Canada: $ 100 and more (before taxes)

  • Delivery charges for Quebec are set at $ 12.00 with purchases of less than $ 75.

  • Shipping costs for Canada (outside Quebec) are set at $ 16 with purchases of less than $ 75.

The delivery time between the time you order and the time you receive your order is generally 3 to 7 working days.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE CANADA

​

  • Shipping costs outside of Canada (including the United States) are $ 30

 

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but Canada Post estimates it between 6 to 10 working days for international

​

  • We include a legal customs declaration form on our packages, and we are not responsible for delays and charges incurred by customs in your country.

 


EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

At ARIEL AYURVEDA, your satisfaction is our priority. We therefore want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and for this reason do not hesitate to contact us at the following email address: arielayurveda@gmail.com to make a return or exchange.

 

All products returned by a consumer to ARIEL AYURVEDA for any reason whatsoever must be reported and approved by ARIEL AYURVEDA at the following address: arielayurveda@gmail.com by entering your contact details. The consumer must provide proof of purchase (invoice and / or confirmation email).

 

All returns or exchanges must meet the following conditions:

 

  • The consumer within 30 days of the date of receipt to notify Ariel Ayurveda of their dissatisfaction with the product (s) purchased.

  • Returned product (s) must have more than 75% of their contents for credit approval.

  • We do not reimburse the initial freight charges for returned products.

  • For all returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

  • Credits will be applied upon receipt of returned products

  • A credit confirmation email will be sent to the customer when the credit has been completed.
